Bilingual (Spanish and English) Sales & Appointment Setter — 7-Day Paid Trial

Turn Leads Into Booked Calls & Closed Sales We’re looking for a confident, bilingual English/Spanish Sales & Appointment Setter who knows how to have natural conversations, follow up consistently, and turn leads into qualified appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, building rapport quickly, and moving prospects toward the next step. What You’ll Do •⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to warm and/or existing leads •⁠ ⁠Communicate naturally and professionally in both English and Spanish •⁠ ⁠Qualify leads and identify good-fit prospects •⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads consistently by phone, text, or email •⁠ ⁠Book qualified appointments directly onto the calendar •⁠ ⁠Re-engage leads who haven’t responded or previously said no •⁠ ⁠Track calls, conversations, qualified leads, and appointments •⁠ ⁠Keep lead information and follow-ups organized in our CRM/tracking system •⁠ ⁠Help turn qualified opportunities into booked calls and ultimately closed clients What We’re Looking For •⁠ ⁠Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone •⁠ ⁠Fluent or highly proficient in English and Spanish •⁠ ⁠Natural conversational communication — not overly scripted •⁠ ⁠Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing without getting discouraged •⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and organizational skills •⁠ ⁠Reliable and consistent •⁠ ⁠Sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is a strong plus •⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking tools •⁠ ⁠Results-oriented and motivated by measurable goals 7-Day Paid Trial We’d like to start with a 7-day paid trial before committing to a longer-term role. During the trial, we’ll establish clear targets and track: •⁠ ⁠Number of calls made •⁠ ⁠Conversations completed •⁠ ⁠Qualified leads generated •⁠ ⁠Appointments booked •⁠ ⁠Show-up rate •⁠ ⁠Overall quality of conversations and follow-up The goal is not simply to make a high volume of calls — the goal is to turn leads into real opportunities and booked calls. If the trial goes well, we’d like to continue with a part-time or potentially longer-term position. Compensation We’re open to structuring compensation as: Base pay + performance bonuses for qualified appointments and/or closed clients. We want someone who is motivated by results and has the opportunity to increase their earnings as they generate more business.
