Bilingual Spanish VA for Hispanic Recruiting (Facebook groups + WhatsApp + calls)

We're a growing facility-services company hiring entry-level cleaning staff in Atlanta and other US cities. We need a fluent Spanish-speaking VA to fill our candidate pipeline. Daily tasks: Post our job listing (in Spanish) in 15 to 20 local Facebook job groups Manage the WhatsApp inbox: reply to interested candidates in Spanish - Quick phone screen in Spanish (basic questions, availability, location) - Schedule qualified candidates for interviews and log them in a simple sheet You must have: native or fluent Latin-American Spanish, conversational English, recruiting or social-media admin experience, reliable internet for calls, and hours overlapping US Eastern time.
