We are looking for someone experienced in sourcing subcontractors who can work independently, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver qualified results. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes. If you have successfully recruited subcontractors or built contractor networks before and know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality, we encourage you to apply. ### Responsibilities * Source and recruit qualified subcontractors for multiple projects * Conduct outreach through phone, email, platforms, referrals, and industry networks * Build and maintain a pipeline of available subcontractors * Verify qualifications, licensing, insurance, availability, and experience (when applicable) * Schedule introductory calls and coordinate onboarding steps * Track outreach and maintain organized records and reporting * Follow up consistently with leads and maintain momentum across open needs * Communicate status updates and recommend solutions when challenges arise * Support subcontractor relationship management and retention efforts ### Required Qualifications ✔ Prior experience sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, or managing subcontractors ✔ Bilingual (please specify languages in application) ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Highly efficient and capable of managing multiple priorities ✔ Self-motivated with minimal supervision required ✔ Strong decision-making and organizational skills ✔ Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building ✔ Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online sourcing tools ✔ Reliable internet and professional work environment ### Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience in **residential remodeling, construction, roofing, home improvement, or general contracting** ⭐ Existing subcontractor networks or sourcing channels ⭐ Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously ### What Success Looks Like * Consistent delivery of qualified subcontractor candidates * Fast turnaround times on sourcing requests * Organized reporting and clear communication * Ability to independently solve problems and maintain progress * Strong follow-through and accountability ### To Apply (Required) Please include: 1.
