Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Private Jet Charter Sales Support (Latin America, Pacific hours)

Alta Jets is a private jet charter brokerage in Newport Beach, California. We arrange on-demand private flights for a high-end clientele through a trusted network of aircraft operators. We are hiring a bilingual virtual assistant to be the owner's right hand and help run day-to-day sales operations. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: - Your spoken English must be clear and easy to understand on the phone, with a light/neutral accent. This role includes live phone calls with U.S. clients. - You should be based in Latin America (Mexico, Costa Rica, or Brazil preferred) and able to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours. - In your application, please include a 30-60 second voice recording, or note that you can hop on a quick call, so we can hear your phone English. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Answer the phone and respond to inbound inquiries professionally during Pacific business hours - Respond to new client emails and prepare/send Detailed Estimate Reports (DERs) - we train you on this - Meet our response standard: a complete response, including the estimate when applicable, within 2 to 2.5 hours during business hours - Send quotes to clients after the estimate stage - Communicate with aircraft operators to source availability and pricing - Manage the full deal workflow: estimate to quote to contract to client payment to paying the operator to trip sheet to invoice - Light Instagram promotion (account provided) and posting to our Google Business Profile to support SEO COMPENSATION: - Base: $250-$300 per month - Bonus: $100 for every trip closed (we typically close 6-10 trips per month) - Commission: if you source your own client and they book, you earn 50% of the profit on that trip - Realistic total once ramped: roughly $850-$1,300 per month, with strong upside from clients you bring in WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Fluent, neutral English on the phone (this is make-or-break) - Organized, fast, reliable, and professional with premium clients - Experience in sales support, customer service, real estate, travel/concierge, or a call center is a plus - No aviation experience required - we train the right person To apply, send a short intro, your time zone, your English/phone experience (voice sample appreciated), and any relevant VA or sales-support experience.
