Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Apartment Renovation – Tbilisi, Georgia

I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Construction Estimator to prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a residential apartment renovation in Tbilisi, Georgia. Project Scope - Apartment renovation (approximately 70 sqm) - BOQ based on architectural drawings, demolition plan, electrical, plumbing and interior design drawings. - The selected freelancer will receive the project drawings in DWG (AutoCAD) format. - Itemized quantities for all renovation works. The BOQ should include, but not be limited to: - Demolition works - Masonry & drywall - Flooring & wall tiles - Waterproofing - Painting & plastering - Ceilings - Doors & windows - Electrical works - Plumbing & sanitary - HVAC (where applicable) - Finishing items Please exclude the kitchen and all custom cabinetry, as these will be handled by a separate supplier. Deliverables - Excel spreadsheet with clear item descriptions, units, quantities and logical categorization. - Well-organized format that can later be used for contractor pricing and comparison. - Quantities only (pricing is not required). Requirements - Previous experience preparing BOQs for residential renovation projects. - High attention to detail. - Ability to identify missing information or inconsistencies in the drawings. - Experience with European or Georgian construction standards is a plus. - Please include samples of similar BOQs you've prepared.
