Concept Architect Needed for Modern Minimalist Chalet & Landscape Design

Job Description We are looking for a talented, creative Architectural & Landscape Designer to develop a Concept Design for a modern, minimalist private chalet. This is a great opportunity for a skilled freelancer or upcoming designer to showcase their skills on a beautiful project. Project Overview: • Style: Modern Minimalist (clean white volumes, flat roofs, extensive glazing). • Site Area: ~10,000 sqm. • Built-Up Area (BUA): ~500 sqm (Single-story layout). • Core Idea: High indoor-outdoor connection , framing the surrounding views , and integrating an infinity pool and curated outdoor spaces. Scope & Deliverables: We only need the initial Concept Phase: • Proposed Master Plan / Zoning Layout. • Functional Floor Plan (Living areas, guest zones, multi-bedroom quarters). • Basic 3D Visualizations / Renderings to showcase the architectural look and landscape feel. Who We Are Looking For • Professionals with strong architectural concept thinking and spatial planning skills. • Proven experience in modern minimalist residential design or high-end villa/chalet projects. • Ability to develop clear indoor-outdoor relationships and landscape-integrated layouts. • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean architectural composition, site planning, and visual storytelling. • This project is not suitable for generic 3D visualization-only portfolios or unrelated design work. Budget & Timeline: • Fixed Budget: $500 USD, can be discussed depending on portfolio and approach. • Next Steps: A detailed space program will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
