BioStar 2 / Suprema Engineer Required – Attendance Data Synchronization & API Troubleshooting

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Suprema BioStar 2 Engineer with strong knowledge of BioStar 2 Links API, database management, and attendance system integrations. Project Background: Our BioStar 2 server experienced a database storage issue, causing the database to become full and the application to stop functioning temporarily. The database issue has now been resolved, and the BioStar 2 application is back online. However, we are currently facing the following challenges: Attendance data for 31-May and 01-June was not correctly pushed to our HCM (Human Capital Management) system through the BioStar 2 Links API. When attempting to re-push or synchronize attendance records for these dates, the system generates errors and the synchronization process fails. We need assistance in identifying the root cause and restoring the missing attendance transactions to the HCM system. Scope of Work: * Review BioStar 2 server and database status. * Troubleshoot BioStar 2 Links API synchronization issues. * Analyze API logs and attendance transaction records. * Recover or re-synchronize missing attendance data for 31-May and 01-June. * Verify successful data transfer to the HCM system. * Provide recommendations to prevent similar issues in the future. Required Skills: * Strong experience with Suprema BioStar 2. * Experience with BioStar 2 Links API and API integrations. * Database troubleshooting (Microsoft SQL Server preferred). * Attendance and Access Control systems. * Remote troubleshooting and support. Additional Information: * Remote access can be provided. * Immediate support is preferred due to the critical nature of the issue. * Please include details of similar BioStar 2 projects you have completed.
