Blender 3D Artist Needed to Enhance AI-Generated Building Assets (Long-Term Opportunity)

We're looking for a skilled Blender artist to help improve around 50 AI-generated building assets created with Tripo AI for an open-world game. Our workflow is: Generate building concepts using AI images. Create the initial 3D models with Tripo AI. Have a Blender artist refine them into game-ready assets. Your responsibilities: Clean up and improve the topology. Fix proportions and architectural details where needed. Remove common AI-generated artifacts and imperfections. Optimize the meshes for real-time game performance. Improve UVs and overall mesh quality. Make the buildings look handcrafted rather than AI-generated while keeping the original design. Ensure the assets are consistent in quality and ready for use in Unreal Engine. Requirements: Strong Blender modeling skills. Experience creating optimized game assets. Understanding of clean topology, UV mapping, and low-poly optimization. Ability to work from AI-generated models and improve them professionally. Portfolio showing environment or architectural work. This project starts with approximately 50 buildings, but we're building a much larger game, so this can become a long-term collaboration for the right person.
