Blender 3D Modeler for Architectural Visualization (Long-Term Collaboration)

Hi! I'm looking for a skilled Blender 3D Modeler to collaborate with me on architectural visualization projects on an ongoing basis. I'm a professional architectural visualizer, and I'm looking for someone who can take care of the base 3D modeling phase, allowing me to focus on texturing, lighting, set dressing, vegetation, materials, rendering, and post-production. What you'll be modeling Projects may include both interior and exterior architecture. For interiors, you'll typically model: - Architectural elements - Built-in furniture and custom joinery For exteriors, you'll typically model: - Building geometry - Basic landscape modeling - Terrain, landscape, pools, etc. I will usually take care of: - Materials & textures - Furniture assets - Vegetation - Scatter systems - Lighting - Final scene optimization - Rendering Each project will have a clearly defined scope before starting. Requirements - Excellent Blender modeling skills (Blender only) - Clean and organized topology - Good understanding of architectural drawings - Ability to model accurately from CAD drawings, PDFs, or reference images - Organized Blender files with proper naming and structure - Good communication - Ability to meet agreed deadlines Blender is mandatory, since the final deliverable must be the original .blend file. What I'm looking for I'm not looking for a one-off freelancer. I'm looking for someone reliable that I can contact whenever I need additional modeling support. While every project will be independent, I'm hoping to build a long-term working relationship.
