Blender Technical Artist Needed: Build a Reusable AR Music Video Production Pipeline I’m looking for an experienced Blender technical artist who enjoys creating efficient production pipelines. I’m building an augmented reality music project featuring a virtual band. My goal is to create a master Blender project that lets me produce new performances quickly without rebuilding scenes or manually animating characters every time. I will provide all character models, rigs, and assets. I’m looking for someone to build the automation, animation systems, and reusable workflow around them. Project The setup is always the same: * I perform in my music studio. * Multiple virtual band members are placed around me. * I film myself once in Simulon (capture first, render later). * The AR characters are rendered afterwards in Blender. Because the studio, lighting, cameras, and character placement rarely change, I want a reusable Blender template that only requires swapping in new audio or MIDI for each song. What I want I need a Blender file that includes: * My supplied character assets set up for reuse. * Shape keys for facial animation and mouth movement. * Instrument playing animations that can be driven or blended from MIDI where appropriate. * Simple controls for importing a new performance. * A clean, organized scene that can be reused indefinitely. For every new song, my ideal workflow is: 1. Create an idea in Ableton. 2. Export stems or MIDI where appropriate. 3. Import those into Blender. 4. Automatically generate mouth animation from the vocal. 5. Drive instrument animations from MIDI where possible. 6. Render the AR characters. 7. Composite with the Simulon recording. The objective is to make producing each new video as fast and repeatable as possible. Deliverables I’m looking for someone to help design and build: * A reusable Blender master project. * Drivers, Python scripts, or custom tools where appropriate. * Automated import of audio and/or MIDI. * Automatic assignment of shape key animation from vocals. * MIDI-driven animation for instruments where practical. * A clean, scalable file structure that can support additional characters and animations in the future. * Documentation explaining how to use the template.
