Blockchain Developer / Tech Lead – Build DeFi/NFT MVP (Smart Contracts + Web3)

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer or Tech Lead to take ownership of our Web3 project. We are building a NFT Platform and need an expert who can lead the technical architecture, write secure smart contracts, and integrate the front-end with the blockchain. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be the senior technical voice on the team, responsible for making key architectural decisions and writing high-quality code. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Architecture: Design the overall system architecture, including the smart contract structure and off-chain components. - Smart Contract Development: Write, test, and deploy secure Solidity/Rust smart contracts (Ethereum/Solana/Polygon). - Team Collaboration: Work alone for a demo version and have to hire 3 or more developers for main project and potentially manage them. - Integration: Connect the smart contracts with the front-end application (React/Next.js) using ethers.js or web3.js. - Security: Implement best security practices and conduct testing to prevent exploits and hacks. Must-Have Requirements: - Experience: 3+ years of software development, with at least 2 years specifically in Blockchain development. - Languages: Expert knowledge of Solidity (or Rust/Go depending on your chain). - Tools: Strong experience with Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry. - Web3: Deep understanding of Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js). - Standards: Extensive knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-721, and/or ERC-1155 standards. - Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills): - Experience with IPFS or Filecoin. - Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism). - Previous experience as a Tech Lead or CTO in a startup environment.
