Blockchain engineer with tokenomics experience

I am looking for a highly skilled blockchain engineer with strong experience in both smart contract development and tokenomics design for crypto and DeFi systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building decentralized applications, DeFi protocols, or crypto trading platforms with a deep understanding of token economic models. Strong proficiency in Solidity, EVM-compatible chains, and smart contract development frameworks such as Hardhat or Foundry is required. Experience integrating Web3 libraries like Ethers.js, Web3.js, or Viem for frontend/backend interaction is also important. You should be able to contribute to designing token distribution, staking mechanisms, incentives, and liquidity models that support sustainable ecosystem growth. Prior experience contributing to crypto trading platforms, DEX systems, or token launch projects will be highly preferred.
