Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Blog Editor & Content Coordinator to help us ensure every blog post on our website meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand alignment. We also have a monthly newsletter that you will be coordinating with our B2B emailing team. There is no writing required for this job, only coordination of blogs amongst our team members. We will be posting and managing about 5 to 10 blog posts a week Our goal is to educate our customers with clear, engaging, and well-researched content that not only supports our brand voice but also improves website conversions through trust and clarity. What You’ll Do: Review and proofread blog posts written by our in-house writer Generate graphic images using our graphic designer and our AI tool to generate blog images Edit for clarity, grammar, brand tone, formatting, and SEO best practices Fact-check content to ensure accuracy and credibility and organize and document all blog posts and images and approve and generate any new blog topics and images. Maintain a publishing schedule and ensure all posts are delivered on time Collaborate with our internal team to ensure each piece supports business goals and customer education Optimize existing content as needed for clarity, engagement, and performance What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a blog editor or content manager (health, wellness, or e-commerce experience is a plus) Excellent editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and consistency Strong understanding of brand tone and how to tailor content accordingly Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple blog tasks at once Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus
