Blog sketches

I need help creating sketch ideas for my blog. For this task I will give you a topic and short description, for example "people delay retirement even when they can afford to stop working." Your job is to come up with the sketch idea for the magazine cover and blog images about that topic, the way a New Yorker cover works: one witty visual idea with a small twist, no words needed to explain it. I need a rough sketch, simple shapes showing what goes where. The sketch does not need to be beautiful. The concept is the key. We need the rough sketch and a simple description why the sketch explains the topic. For each topic, I need 3 concept sketch. What makes a good idea for us: Something must be HAPPENING in the picture, not just an object sitting there. A person should understand it in one second, but there should be a small surprise inside it, one little twist that the viewer figures out themselves. That small "ah, I see it" moment is the whole point. It must work with no words at all: if we cover the title and the picture says nothing, the idea has failed. Keep it simple, only 3 to 7 things in the picture, and remove anything that does not help. Do not try to be funny if it is not natural. A quiet idea with one clever twist is better than a joke.
