You think like both a performance marketer and an editor. About the Role: We are looking for someone who deeply understands the anatomy of high-performing short-form videos and Meta advertisements. This is NOT a copywriting role. This is NOT a scriptwriting role. This is NOT a content writing role. This role sits between me and the video editor. Think of yourself as the architect behind every advertisement. Before the editor starts editing, you have already decided what the story is, which clips should be used, how the narrative should flow, what the audience should feel, and exactly how the final advertisement should be executed. Your job is to transform raw teacher shoot footage into high-converting paid advertisements for Meta. These advertisements will promote online courses, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, and offline events under our brand. This role requires someone who understands how to turn raw footage into advertisements that generate leads and conversions. Your Primary Responsibility: You will receive: * Raw shoot footage of teachers * Complete transcripts of the shoot * Information about the program * The target audience * The marketing objective Your responsibility is to build complete advertisement scripts by selecting, trimming, rearranging, and combining different sections of the transcript while preserving the teacher's original intent and message. You should be able to visualize the finished advertisement before it is edited and create a detailed execution plan that allows the editor to produce the final reel with minimal ambiguity. About the Content: The advertisements you create will be based on educational content related to: * Yoga * Meditation * Breathwork * Kundalini * Ayurveda * Emotional Healing * Somatic Practices * Consciousness * Spiritual Growth * Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life Your Deliverables: For every advertisement concept, you will create a complete creative blueprint that the video editor can execute independently. 1. Advertisement Script Create a compelling ad script by selecting, trimming, rearranging, and combining transcript sections into a natural, engaging, and persuasive narrative. 2. Creative Structure Define the complete flow of the ad, including: * Hook * Pattern Interrupt * Curiosity Loop * Core Message * Emotional Build * Authority * Call-to-Action Every element should serve a clear strategic purpose. 3. Visual Planning & Editor Worksheet Create a detailed execution sheet for the editor that clearly specifies: * Which clips and transcript sections to use * Sequence of clips * Cuts, zooms, captions, and highlights * Motion graphics, B-roll, stock footage, and supporting visuals * Any additional editing or visual directions The editor should be able to produce the advertisement directly from your worksheet with minimal clarification. Skills Required (Don’t apply if you don’t have these): * Exceptional English comprehension * Excellent spoken English understanding * Ability to extract meaning from raw conversations * Deep understanding of short-form video structure * Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives * Strong understanding of audience psychology * Ability to identify high-performing hooks * Excellent storytelling ability * Strong visual imagination * Exceptional attention to detail Most importantly, you should understand why certain advertisements perform while others don't. This Role Is NOT AI-Dependent: We value human thinking above AI-generated output. AI may assist with research, formatting, or brainstorming, but it should never replace your thinking or creative judgment. We are looking for someone who can independently: * Think critically * Understand context * Interpret emotion * Identify persuasive moments * Make strategic creative decisions * Build compelling advertisement narratives If your workflow primarily consists of copying prompts into AI and making minor edits to the output, this role is not a good fit.
