Board Game Illustration Agency Needed – Existing Sketches & Production Art Summary We are developing a tabletop board game called Puzzle of Consequence and are looking for an experienced illustration agency or studio to complete the visual production phase of the project. The game mechanics, rules, component structure, and most concept work have already been completed. We also have approved sketches, layouts, and established visual direction for the majority of the game. We are not looking for someone to design the game from scratch. Instead, we are looking for a team that can transform existing sketches and concepts into polished, production-ready artwork suitable for manufacturing. The goal is to complete all artwork and production assets by the end of July 2026. ⸻ Project Scope 1. Illustration Rendering & Asset Finalization Most sketches already exist and require professional rendering and refinement. This includes: * 6 puzzle board illustrations * 14 Card artwork refinement ⸻ 2. Packaging & Product Design * Box front illustration * Box back layout * Box sides/spine * Middle draw box/container artwork and rendering * Packaging artwork * Insert artwork and visual presentation ⸻ 3. Rulebook & Layout Design * Rulebook layout Text and game rules will be provided. ⸻ 4. Manufacturing-Ready Files We are seeking an agency familiar with board game production requirements. Expected deliverables include: * CMYK print preparation * Bleed and safe margin setup * Print-ready exports * Packaging files * Editable source files (AI, PSD, SVG, etc.) Knowledge of board game manufacturing specifications is highly preferred. ⸻ Ideal Candidate We want an agency or studio rather than an individual freelancer. The ideal team should: * Have strong illustration capabilities * Understand print production requirements * Be capable of maintaining consistency across all game components * Be able to work efficiently within an established visual style ⸻ Timeline The majority of concept and sketch work has already been completed.
