Book Formatting & KDP & Ingram Upload Support (Paperback + eBook)

I’m looking for an experienced book formatter to prepare my manuscript for Amazon KDP in both paperback (6” x 9”) and eBook formats. Project Details Manuscript length: ~180-220 pages estimated -(currently 8.5” x 11” Word document) Final trim size: 6” x 9” Genre: nonfiction memoir Interior style: clean, professional, standard book layout Font preference: Garamond (approx. 11 pt for print) Scope of Work Format manuscript for print (Amazon KDP paperback, and Ingram 6x9) Format eBook (EPUB, reflowable) Proper margins, spacing, paragraph styles, and typography Chapter headings styled professionally Clickable table of contents (for eBook) Ensure KDP compliance (margins, bleed if needed, etc.) Deliver print-ready PDF + EPUB files Provide guidance on KDP upload (or assist with upload if offered) Use provided cover front and back graphic to develop full cover Requirements Proven experience formatting books for Amazon KDP & Ingram Ability to provide samples/portfolio of previous interior layouts Strong attention to detail (widows/orphans, spacing, justification, etc.) Good communication and reasonable turnaround time Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with both nonfiction and narrative layouts Ability to suggest minor improvements to layout/readability Budget Open to proposals (target range: $200–$350 depending on experience and scope) Timeline Flexible, but ideally within 2-4 weeks Please Include 3-4 samples of previous book formatting work (interior pages) Brief description of your KDP experience Confirmation that you can deliver both print-ready PDF and EPUB Final Payment subject to delivery
