Book Typesetting and Design

I need someone to help me with typesetting my book so that it looks professionally done. The ideal candidate will have experience in print design and typesetting, ensuring the layout is visually appealing and consistent throughout the book. Attention to detail and creativity in design are essential. Preferably 3 sample documents of previous work. If you don't have samples from previous work, I provided a sample of the first 12 pages of my book and you can show me how you would layout the contents. About the Book My book's title is What Architecture School Didn't Teach You: How to Get a Fricken Job. The book is about 102 pages long or 20,135 words. The page size is 8.5 x 5.5. I'd like the main page font to be Merriweather, but I'll take other suggestions. I want to find a different font other than Times New Roman. I have attached a sample of the table of contents, and forward. I will provide the ISBN when we have the final page count.
