Book cover designer

I’m looking to have a fantasy book cover design for my first book and future books as well. I already generated the main book image concept with ai so you won’t be staring from scratch. I would like to hand to over to a professional, and have it professionally formatted to the book cover and titled. I’m currently working with an editor to get the manuscript to its final state, but you can read it in its current form to get an idea of the world. I would like you to take the image I made with AI and make it better with professional toolset. One side note I will add the antlers on her head are supposed to be horns that curve out and up and back curving along her head ai was fighting me on that detail. So I would just have that changed instead. I’m open to any software as long as it looks similar to current image
