Job Description I’m looking for a reliable, organized booking assistant to help manage incoming booking inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and coordinate travel/work opportunities. This is a part-time role, around 5-10 hours per week, starting at $8-$10/hour. The ideal person is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with email follow-up, and able to keep conversations moving without constant supervision. You will help review incoming messages, remove spam, follow up with leads that have gone cold, collect booking details, help coordinate schedules, and assist with travel-related logistics for domestic and international work opportunities. Some inquiries may involve entertainment/content production, so you must be professional, discreet, and comfortable working around adult-industry-related business communication. Responsibilities Check and organize email inbox Delete spam and identify real booking inquiries Follow up with potential clients and leads Reopen cold conversations to see if clients are still interested Collect important booking details: dates, location, budget, travel coverage, project scope, and deposit status Help coordinate domestic and international bookings Track booking opportunities in a clear spreadsheet, CRM, Trello, or shared document Help arrange travel details such as flights, hotels, schedules, and work/vacation timing Remind clients about deposits and next steps Keep communication organized so nothing gets missed Requirements Strong written English Excellent organization and follow-up skills Comfortable handling sensitive/private business information Comfortable with entertainment or adult-industry-adjacent business coordination Able to work independently and take initiative Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, CRM tools, or booking tools is a plus Must be responsive and consistent
