Booking & Guest Relations Coordinator (Remote)

We are a scuba diving and tour company based in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, and we're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly person to help manage guest bookings and communications. This is a long-term remote position with flexible hours, averaging 2–4 hours per day, depending on booking volume. Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries by Gmail Answer questions about our tours and diving trips Follow up with guests and assist with reservations Organize bookings using Google Calendar Coordinate guests on the correct boats and departure dates Keep booking information accurate and organized WhatsApp communication may be added as you become familiar with the role Requirements Excellent written English Strong organizational skills Friendly and professional communication Experience using Gmail and Google Calendar Reliable internet connection Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or reservation management is a plus but not required. Compensation Starting salary is 200 usd per month. As you become more experienced and take on additional responsibilities, such as managing WhatsApp guest communications, there is potential for salary increase based on performance.
