AI Booking Setter Voice and Chat

We will be needing AI Voice Agents to pick up the calls and AI Chatbots for Whatsapp and Instagram inquiries and DMs. especailly during off hours, and book the appointment (we will discuss whether the booking should be direct or should go to engineers for verification). it's in UAE so some clients may message or call in Arabic as well. I have a good understanding of technology, specifically AI All calls will be inbound, we will do basic qualification like asking the caller the location, time and date, job type (roof leak or moisture in the wall example), same scope for call and Chatbots, So i just need a basic chatbot and voice agent that will qualify and book when an inquiry or call comes in, it will ask a few questions like location, time, type of issue, etc. and then send that as a brief over to the engineers who will verify whether they want to accept the job, and then once accepted, we send confirmation message For now we will let the engineer approve before confirmation we have a database where we put in excel format, so we can just input into an excel table and send it to the database, the exact database, ill ask my team and let you know we can discuss how the engineer will receive new job requests, can be basic, not an issue, like a whatsa messege, Both Voice and chat, Khaleeji Dialect (Emirati) For a waterproofing company
