Job Title: Bookkeeper & Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Virtual Assistant to support both financial and daily administrative operations. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate with team members, so strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping: Enter and categorize bills in QuickBooks (Online preferred) Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records Virtual Assistant / Operations: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the team Manage communication via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms Coordinate and assign tasks with team members Perform basic administrative support tasks Work with Excel spreadsheets (data entry, basic analysis, reporting) Assist with operational and analytics-related tasks as needed Requirements 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred) Strong Excel skills (analytics experience is a plus) Comfortable with collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, email, etc.) Basic understanding of IT/admin platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines Availability to work EST hours (or at least after 12 PM EST) Hours & Compensation Starting at ~20 hours per week Pay: $8/hour, with potential to increase up to $10/hour based on performance and experience Additional Details Long-term opportunity with growth potential Open to global applicants Initial screening interview required before final selection
