Bookkeeper for Content Creator | QuickBooks Online | Monthly Retainer

I'm looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support my content creation business on a recurring monthly basis. My previous bookkeeper worked 4-6 hours monthly, my input/output will be around the same with a new bookkeeper. Keep that in mind for your rate. This is an ongoing role for someone who can keep my books up to date every week and help me better understand my business finances. About My Business: Solo content creator QuickBooks Online Brand partnerships YouTube Affiliate income (a little) Contractor payments (1099s) Your Responsibilities Weekly bookkeeping and transaction categorization Weekly bank and credit card reconciliations Keep QuickBooks Online current Organize receipts and request missing documentation when needed Review transactions for accuracy Flag bookkeeping issues or unusual transactions Track contractor payments Prepare monthly financial reports Meet with me once a month (30–60 minutes) to review my finances Help implement project/job costing so I can track the profitability of each campaign and project What I'm Looking For Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online Experience working with content creators, influencers, agencies, or media businesses Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Proactive—I don't want to have to ask if my books are up to date Able to explain financial information in a way that's easy to understand Monthly Deliverables By the end of each month, I'd like: Up-to-date books Profit & Loss statement Expense summary Cash flow overview One monthly review meeting Recommendations or issues that need my attention Budget This is an ongoing monthly retainer.
