Bookkeeper for Multiple Accounts

BOOKKEEPER About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Bookkeeper to manage the accounts of two business entities and one personal account. In addition to bookkeeping, this role includes a compliance component related to loan management, with full training provided. It is a dual-function position that suits someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Reconciliation • Perform daily reconciliation of accounts across two separate companies, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner. • Reconcile personal bank and credit accounts, with clear categorisation of expenditure to provide full visibility over personal spending. • Prepare regular financial summaries and spending reports across all accounts to support informed decision-making. • Maintain well-organised and up-to-date records for all entities within accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks). Loan Compliance • Assist with compliance obligations related to loan facilities, with structured training and guidance provided from day one. About You • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably across multiple entities. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively. • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive personal and business financial information. • A clear communicator who takes initiative and approaches challenges proactively.
