Bookkeeper for Real Estate Investment & Construction Company (QuickBooks Expert) Description: We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing real estate investment and construction company. Our business includes: Buying and selling houses House flipping Rental property management General contracting and construction projects We use QuickBooks and Excel, and we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with both real estate and construction accounting. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks Track job costs and construction expenses by project Record and categorize transactions Process and track payroll Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Track vendor invoices and subcontractor payments Prepare financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Job Cost Reports) Help keep our books organized and up to date Use Excel to maintain and update job tracking spreadsheets Preferred Experience: General contractor bookkeeping House flipping or real estate investing Rental property accounting Experience working with multiple projects at the same time Please tell us: 1.
