Bookkeeper for Small Business

**Job Description:** We need a part-time bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience for a real estate business that buys land, sells with owner financing, and tracks notes receivable. Hours: 10–20 hrs/week Remote: Yes Long-term: Yes Main work QuickBooks Online bookkeeping Bank and account reconciliations Recording property purchases and sales Tracking owner-financed notes Splitting payments between principal and interest Maintaining amortization schedules Monthly reports for cash, debt, receivables, and late payments Must have Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience with loans, notes, receivables, or real estate bookkeeping Good attention to detail Clear written English Reliable and able to work independently This is not just basic data entry. We need someone who can keep books clean, track loans/notes correctly, and flag issues.
