US Bookkeeping & Ecommerce Accounting Expert | QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor

We are looking for an experienced US Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Expert to support growing businesses with accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ecommerce accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with QuickBooks Online, US accounting practices, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors. Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Categorize and review transactions Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports Clean up and catch up books when required Support month-end and year-end close processes Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements Maintain organized and tax-ready financial records Requirements Strong experience with US bookkeeping Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor preferred Proven experience with ecommerce accounting Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and A2X is a plus Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Ideal Candidate Experienced with US-based businesses Comfortable handling high transaction volumes Understands ecommerce sales, refunds, fees, chargebacks, and inventory-related accounting Proactive, reliable, and deadline-oriented To Apply Please include: Your QuickBooks Online experience QuickBooks certifications (if any) Ecommerce businesses you have supported Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, or A2X Availability and hourly rate We are looking for a long-term professional who can help maintain clean, accurate books and provide reliable financial reporting.
