Bookkeeping Manager

Bookkeeping Manager (Long-Term Opportunity) We are looking for an experienced and organized Bookkeeping Manager to join our growing company on a long-term basis. Our business has a strong foundation, including a professional website, established systems, and an expanding network of business owners. My primary focus will be on client acquisition and business development, so I'm looking for someone who can confidently oversee our bookkeeping operations as we continue to grow. This is not a short-term project. We are building a bookkeeping firm and are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients simultaneously Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Maintain accurate and organized financial records Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Communicate professionally with clients when necessary Ensure all client work is completed accurately and on time Requirements Proven bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (experience with Xero is a plus) Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable and committed to a long-term working relationship What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team.
