Remote Bookkeeper (Philippines) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing U.S.-based bookkeeping firm. This is a remote position for someone located in the Philippines who is fluent in English and has experience working with U.S. businesses. Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Experience with Double (formerly Keeper) is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and computer Responsibilities Categorize bank and credit card transactions Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Manage accounts receivable (A/R) Record customer payments and invoices Set up new fixed asset accounts on the balance sheet Record new loans and financing transactions Prepare and post journal entries Review financial records for accuracy Communicate with the team regarding bookkeeping questions and missing information Assist with month-end close
