Summary

Bookkeeper required for startup based in UK and Ireland. Company has 2x corporate entities / subsidiaries - bookeeper is expected to work across both. Key responsibilities: - Use Xero accounting software to keep company accounts up to date - Process purchase invoices and expense receipts into the ledger, correctly coded to the chart of accounts and to the right entity (IE vs UK) - Preparation of Irish VAT (VAT3, bimonthly) and UK VAT returns/MTD submissions - Apply intercompany transaction policy to intra-group transactions Estd 3-4 hours per month at current transaction volumes.
