Role OverviewSeeking an experienced bookkeeper to complete 1 Financial Year (FY) of bookkeeping and EOFY preparation for two distinct entities. The goal is to produce fully reconciled, clean financial files ready for direct handover to our tax accountant.Scope of WorkEntity 1: Active Sole Trader (Individual ABN)Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards for 1 Financial Year. Categorize all business income and tax-deductible expenses accurately.Attach and organize supporting receipts and invoices within the accounting software.Prepare end-of-year financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance).Ensure all figures match for a smooth handover to our external CPA/Tax Accountant. _________ Entity 2: Newly Formed Company (Pre-Revenue)Set up or review the initial Chart of Accounts for a non-launched company.Record and categorize all pre-launch setup expenses, director loans, and incorporation fees.Verify zero-revenue status and reconcile equity/liabilities on the Balance Sheet.
