Brand Designer for Ongoing Real Estate Company Projects (Apparel, Print, Signage)

Job Description: We're a growing real estate investment company looking for a reliable brand designer to take on ongoing design projects throughout the year. This isn't a one-off gig — if we like your work, we'd love to build a long-term working relationship and bring you new projects on a regular basis as our brand presence grows. We already have our logo finalized, brand fonts selected, and a complete brand color book in place from previous design work. You won't be starting from scratch — you'll be applying an existing brand identity across new formats and materials. First project: Company apparel — t-shirts, hats, and hoodies using our existing logo, fonts, and color palette. Future projects will likely include: Branded brochures Yard signs (for properties we're renovating) Business cards Stickers Potential social media graphic templates (optional add-on if you have this skill — not required) What we're looking for: Experience designing for apparel and print production (you understand file formats, color profiles, and specs that printers/manufacturers require) Ability to work within an existing brand identity rather than create one from scratch Strong communication and reasonable turnaround times A portfolio that shows clean, professional design work — bonus if you've designed for real estate, local business, or service-based brands before Nice to have (not required): Experience creating templates for social media graphics Project scope for this posting: We'll start with the apparel project to see how we work together.
