Who We're Looking For We need a charismatic, enthusiastic woman aged 45+, with positive energy and real confidence. Our ideal candidate is someone other women can truly relate to. She understands the realities of everyday life, values health and wellness, and can communicate in a way that feels authentic, natural, and engaging. We're looking for someone who feels aligned with our mission and is passionate about encouraging women to prioritize their health, stay active, age well, and feel their best at every stage of life. What You'll Do Record high-quality short-form video content (for Younger app account usage - Instagram Reels/Tik Tok/ You-Tube Shorts, Paid Ads). Bring our scripts to life with your personality, charisma, and enthusiasm. Create engaging content specifically tailored to women 45+. Help us connect with and inspire as many women as possible through authentic storytelling and relatable content. Occasionally film outdoor content, including interviews, community-style videos, or interactions with other women. Requirements Demographic: Woman aged 45+, based in the United States. Vibe Confident and real on-camera presence High energy Comfortable and natural in front of the camera Enjoys creating video content and engaging with an audience Strong communication skills and an authentic personality Setup Ability to film crisp, high-quality videos with clear audio.
