Brand & Growth Marketing Strategist (Fractional / Part-Time)

**What we're looking for:** - Develop and oversee overall marketing and brand strategy - Coordinate specialists (SEO, paid ads, web, social, content, design) - Identify growth opportunities across client accounts and internal brands - Create marketing roadmaps and campaign strategies - Review performance metrics and recommend improvements - Work directly with leadership to prioritize initiatives - Experience with AI marketing, modern SEO/GEO/AEO, and digital growth is a major plus **Ideal Background** - 7+ years in digital marketing - Agency experience required - Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously - Strong understanding of branding, positioning, content strategy, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization - Comfortable leading specialists without micromanaging - Strategic thinker who can also execute when needed **Nice-to-Have Experience** - AI search / ChatGPT visibility - B2B lead generation - Local service businesses - SaaS marketing - Fractional CMO experience
