Brand Designer Needed for Hospitality Signage & Customer Experience System We are building a premium hospitality platform and are looking for an experienced designer to help create a complete physical branding ecosystem. This is not a one-off design project. We’re looking for someone we can work with long term as our business grows. What you’ll be designing * Counter displays * Table signage * Window decals * Outdoor signage * Print materials * Packaging * Digital screen assets * Other customer-facing branding materials Everything should feel consistent, premium and production-ready. We’re looking for someone who has experience with: * Brand identity systems * Signage and print design * Packaging * Hospitality or retail branding * Customer experience * Consumer behaviour (highly regarded) We value strategic thinking just as much as visual design. We want someone who understands how people interact with physical environments and can create designs that naturally attract attention while maintaining a premium brand. Deliverables * Editable source files (Figma and/or Adobe Illustrator) * Print-ready artwork * Production-ready assets * Brand guidelines where appropriate How we work We have a clear vision and enjoy collaborating with creative professionals who bring ideas backed by experience.
