Brand Identity Concept for a Premium LinkedIn Agency (Logo, Color, Typography, Signature Look)

Brand Identity Concept for a Premium LinkedIn Agency (Logo, Color, Typography, Signature Look) About the project I run a LinkedIn content and sales agency for B2B founders and am developing a new brand identity. I have a very clear sense of the vibe I want — I'll share moodboards that capture it precisely — but I deliberately want the designer to develop the actual solution: the color scheme, the specific typefaces, and the signature look. I'm hiring for taste and craft, not for someone to execute a spec I hand over. This first project is intentionally focused and low-budget. I want to test the direction and see what's possible before commissioning a larger rollout. If it goes well, there's room for ongoing work (full LinkedIn asset suite, templates, etc.). What I need (scope of this project) A core brand concept — not the full asset rollout yet. Specifically: Brand concept / mini guidelines — the overall look, vibe and feel pulled together on a clean board. Color scheme — you propose it. Primary, anchor and neutral colors with tints/shades and example combinations, derived from the moodboards I share. Typography — you choose it. A headline + body pairing that fits the direction, with rationale. Logo — primary version — full wordmark with the agency name. Logo — compact version — a condensed monogram-style mark for small uses (profile picture / favicon). Signature look — the most important part: a recognizable, repeatable visual style that makes every future asset instantly identifiable as mine. One example application (e.g. a LinkedIn banner) would be a plus to show the concept in context, but is not strictly required for this first round. Context & materials To help you understand both who I am and where the brand should go, I'll share: My current LinkedIn profile + posts — to understand my content, tone, topics and target audience (B2B founders). Please use this to grasp my personality and substance — NOT the current visual style, which I'm replacing entirely. The new brand should feel like a clear step up from what's there now. My profile (Magdalena Schwung + The Meadows Agency) as the starting point — this is where the brand is today and what we're evolving from. A moodboard (link below) — this is the visual direction. Three images in it are the core; they capture exactly the vibe I'm after. The rest is supporting context. The board also includes one competitor profile (Alina Grigoleit / Bee Seen) marked as a CONSISTENCY reference only — I want to learn from how every asset there is instantly recognizable as one brand, carried across banner, posts and profile. I do NOT want her color palette, typography or loud tone — that's too young for my positioning. Use her as a lesson in systematic recognizability, not in style. Positioning in one line: we turn B2B founders into the Sales Authority in their field. Tagline direction: "Sell on LinkedIn. Without being cringe." Three of them are the core — they capture exactly the vibe I'm after. The rest add context. Your job is to translate that feeling into a concrete, cohesive brand concept: pick the colors, pick the fonts, define the look. I want to see your interpretation. Style direction (short) Editorial, mature, confident, modern. Think high-end fashion magazine rather than typical social-media graphics — bold color areas, refined serif typography, black-and-white photography. Premium but never flashy; not playful, not corporate-stiff. Positioning and tone are well-defined and I'll share them. Budget & expectations This is a deliberately lean first project to evaluate fit and direction. Please share your fixed price for the scope above. I value clean, restrained, premium work over flashy, and I'm specifically looking for a designer with strong taste in color and type. To apply, please include 2–3 brand identity projects from your portfolio that match this direction — ideally minimal, editorial, type-led identities Your fixed price and estimated timeline for the scope above One sentence on what "premium but not flashy" means to you Looking forward to seeing your work.
