Brand Identity Designer for a Premium Government Services Company (Arabic Branding)

Project Overview We are looking for a creative and experienced branding designer to build the visual identity for a new premium government services company based in Qatar. Our goal is to establish a modern, trustworthy, and professional brand that reflects high-quality government transaction processing and business support services. This project is divided into two milestones. The first milestone focuses on creating the core brand identity required to launch the business professionally. The second milestone extends the approved identity across selected business materials and customer-facing assets. A complete Design Brief will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Milestone 1 – Brand Foundation The first milestone includes: -Professional Logo System -Mini Brand Identity Guide -Official Stamp Design -Letterhead Design -Deliverables -Primary Logo -Secondary Logo -Logo Icon -Black & White Version -Color Palette -Typography -Receipt Voucher (سند قبض) -Payment Voucher (سند صرف) -Basic Logo Usage Guidelines -Editable Source Files (AI, EPS, SVG) -Print-ready Files (PDF) Milestone Budget: USD 100 Milestone 2 – Brand Applications After approval of the Brand Foundation, the second milestone includes: -Company Profile Design (4–6 Pages) -Presentation Folder -Business Card -Envelope -Minimal Vehicle Side Branding (Left & Right Only) This is NOT a full vehicle wrap. The vehicle branding should be clean, modern, and minimal, using the approved visual identity. Deliverables Print-ready production files Editable source files Milestone Budget: USD 100 What We Will Provide The selected designer will receive everything needed to complete the project, including: -Complete Design Brief -Company information -Business description -Services -All Company Profile content -Images (if required) -Vehicle dimensions -Technical drawings -Commercial License -Reference materials -Branding references and inspiration The Company Profile content will be provided by us. The designer is responsible for the visual design, layout, branding, and overall presentation only.
