# Brand Marketing Assistant **Full Time | Remote** **Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST **Starting Rate:** $6/hour ## About Us Staffless Practice helps wellness practitioners build and grow successful practices through automation, systems, marketing, and AI-powered solutions. We're a fast-paced, growing company looking for a highly organized and creative **Brand Marketing Assistant** who understands branding, design, social media marketing, and AI-powered content creation. We are looking for someone with strong Canva design skills, experience creating and managing social content, and confidence using AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and content production. ## What You'll Do * Manage Canva account organization and create branded assets including graphics, logos, presentations, signatures, thumbnails, and marketing materials * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Manus, and other platforms to research, generate, and refine content * Create, edit, and repurpose video content for social media, including Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats * Use Descript for video editing, caption generation, transcription, and content repurposing * Develop, organize, and maintain social media content calendars * Plan and schedule social media content across multiple platforms * Repurpose podcasts, webinars, interviews, and long-form content into engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos * Write captions, titles, hooks, and social copy aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives * Maintain brand consistency across all content and marketing channels * Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and engagement monitoring * Help manage and moderate our Facebook group (4,000+ members) * Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities to increase community interaction and audience growth * Support various marketing, content, and administrative projects as needed ## Requirements * Strong Canva design skills * Experience creating social media graphics, reels, and marketing content * Familiarity with Descript or similar video editing platforms * Excellent eye for branding, layout, typography, and visual design * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, or similar platforms * Strong written and spoken English communication skills * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience with social media content planning and scheduling * Experience managing online communities is a plus * Experience with wellness, coaching, chiropractic, or healthcare brands is a bonus ## What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: * Takes initiative and solves problems independently * Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities * Understands how to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms * Pays attention to details that others often miss * Enjoys both creative work and community engagement * Understands current social media trends and content strategies * Can balance content planning, content creation, and community management ## Our Team Culture & Daily Collaboration We believe great work happens when people stay connected and communicate consistently. All team members participate in a daily DSU (Daily Stand-Up) meeting. This is a 1-hour team call where we discuss priorities, project updates, wins, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
