About Us We are a fast-growing, DTC men's wellness supplement brand. We run a Meta-first performance marketing engine with a growing Google presence, and we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We've built strong acquisition infrastructure — now we're ready to invest seriously in organic brand presence and turn social into a real channel for authority, relevancy, and ultimately sales, not just a feed we post to. Read this whole post before applying. We are specifically looking for a brand-first social media expert, not a generalist content poster. The Role This is not a "post 3x a week and track likes" role. We're looking for someone who understands that platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts are brand-building tools first and growth channels second — and that the two are inseparable when done right. You will: Own our social presence end-to-end across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, with an eye toward emerging platforms as relevant Build and maintain congruency across all platforms — a cohesive visual identity, tone, and narrative that makes Honey Gummies instantly recognizable no matter where someone encounters us Develop exact posting structures and content briefs — clear frameworks for content pillars, formats, cadence, and creative direction that the team (and any creators/editors) can execute against consistently Direct and/or edit content (editing skills strongly preferred) to ensure every piece that goes out meets brand and quality standards Stay deeply plugged into what's working in the organic social/CPG space — trends, formats, sounds, creator styles — while also bringing original, brand-specific ideas that aren't just a copy of what everyone else in supplements is doing Think in terms of brand equity, not just engagement metrics: how does this piece of content build authority, trust, and relevancy that compounds over time and eventually opens social as a legitimate sales channel Partner with our creator community team and media buying team to ensure organic, creator, and paid content all reinforce the same brand identity Track and report on the metrics that actually indicate brand growth — audience growth quality, engagement depth, share/save rate, sentiment, and how organic performance is trending relative to brand goals — not just vanity follower counts Who We're Looking For We're only interested in hearing from proven experts. This means: A true understanding of branding, not just content creation. Think brands like Bloom, Comfrt, and David — brands that have built a recognizable identity and voice that transcends any single platform or post. We want someone who can speak fluently about why those brands work and apply that same thinking to us. Direct experience growing social for CPG brands, with proof. You should be able to show specific accounts you've grown, the strategy behind that growth, and the brand-building thinking (not just posting frequency) that got them there. A systems mindset. You should already have (or be able to quickly build) real content briefs, posting frameworks, and repeatable structures — not an ad hoc, vibes-based approach. Original thinking. We want ideas that make us stand out in a crowded supplement space, not a rehash of formats every other brand is already doing. Show us you can identify white space, not just trends. Editing capability is a strong plus. If you can shoot/edit or direct editing to a high bar, that's a significant advantage. Requirements 3+ years of dedicated social media management experience, with a meaningful and demonstrable portion in CPG (supplement/wellness experience is a strong plus) A portfolio of brand accounts you've grown or managed, ideally with before/after context (follower growth, engagement quality, brand recognition indicators) Demonstrated ability to build and execute content briefs and posting structures at scale Strong content editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) preferred A clear point of view on brand identity and congruency — you should be able to articulate what makes a brand's social presence feel unified and intentional versus scattered Comfortable working independently with real ownership over strategy and execution, not just waiting for direction What to Include in Your Application Applications without the following will not be considered: Specific examples of CPG brand social accounts you've managed or grown, with real numbers/results and a description of the brand strategy behind that growth (not just "I posted content") An example content brief or posting structure you've built and used with a team or creators A short breakdown of what you think is currently working in supplement/CPG social — and one original idea you'd bring to make us stand out that isn't already saturated in the space Confirmation of full-time availability and long-term interest in growing with the brand Please do not send a generic proposal. Show us you understand branding at the level of brands like Bloom, Comfrt, and David — and that you can bring that same caliber of thinking to our brand. Compensation & Structure This is a full-time, long-term position with a competitive base rate plus meaningful bonuses and incentives tied to organic growth and brand performance. We're looking to build a long-term partnership with someone who can genuinely help make our brand an undeniable household name — details to be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
