Brand Strategist & Creative Director — 90-Day Project I’m looking for an experienced Brand Strategist & Creative Director to help build and position a high-growth brand with a clear path toward becoming a million-dollar business. This is NOT a traditional consulting project where you give me a strategy and wait for me to execute it. I am looking for someone who can come into the business, understand the vision, identify opportunities, develop the strategy, create alongside me, and help drive execution. I already have an established audience, business experience, products, ideas and a vision. What I need now is the right strategic and creative mind to help turn all of that into a cohesive, recognizable, premium brand and business ecosystem. What I Need From You I need someone who can help lead: • Brand positioning and differentiation • Brand architecture and overall brand strategy • Messaging, voice and storytelling • Personal brand strategy • Product and offer positioning • Content and creative strategy • Campaign concepts and launches • Visual and creative direction • Audience and customer journey strategy • Brand growth and monetization opportunities • Competitive and market analysis • Long-term brand development Most importantly, I need you to create, not just advise. If you see something that needs to be built, changed, positioned, developed or tested, I want you to bring the idea to the table and help execute it. I am not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every step of the way. I want a strategic partner who can look at the business and say: “Here is what I see. Here is what I would change. Here is what we should build. And here is how we’re going to execute it.” 90-Day Engagement This will begin as a 90-day engagement at $2,500/month ($7,500 total). The goal of the first 90 days is to establish the strategic foundation, strengthen the brand, begin implementation and determine whether we are the right long-term fit. If the relationship is successful, there is potential for an ongoing engagement beyond the initial 90 days. Who I’m Looking For You should have demonstrated experience building, repositioning or scaling brands. I am especially interested in someone who understands personal brands, digital businesses, education, community-based businesses, social media and premium positioning.
