Brand Strategist & Designer

## What we’re hiring for A complete fashion brand and digital experience build, including: **Brand strategy** — positioning, brand architecture, customer segmentation, messaging, brand voice, and storytelling **Visual identity** — logo system, typography, color palette, art direction, packaging direction, iconography, and brand guidelines **Creative direction** — defining the visual language across campaigns, product presentation, content, and merchandising **Website design** — information architecture, UX, and page-level design for a multi-category fashion brand **Website build** — production-ready e-commerce website with CMS and scalable backend (platform recommendation welcome) --- ## Who should apply We’re open to two kinds of partners: → Independent senior brand consultants / creative directors who own the work end-to-end (or bring a trusted micro-team) → Boutique branding and digital studios (small, senior-led teams) that can deliver strategy, identity, creative direction, and website execution under one roof We are **not** looking for large agencies, junior freelancers, or template-driven studios. --- ## You’re a strong fit if you have A portfolio that includes **fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer brands, D2C, luxury, contemporary apparel, or global retail brands** Demonstrated ability to translate a brand vision into a **distinct, commercially scalable identity** Experience designing for **multiple customer markets and geographies** (India + international markets preferred) Strong point of view on **typography, color systems, fabric storytelling, merchandising, and creating timeless—not trend-led—brand identities** Experience building **editorial-style and conversion-focused e-commerce experiences** Strong development capability — in-house or through a trusted partner Bonus if you have experience with: * Fashion launches and rebrands * Shopify / headless commerce ecosystems * Content systems for lookbooks, collections, and campaigns * Packaging and unboxing experience design
