Brand Identity Designer: turn our finished brand strategy into a complete visual identity system ## About us We run curated dining-discovery events across the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany. On our signature walking dinner tours, guests discover a city's best restaurants in one afternoon: six stops, one signature dish at each, no planning required. We started in the Netherlands (where we operate as WijnSpijs) and have expanded internationally. Our international markets are now coming together under one brand: Table6. The project We're not starting from zero. The strategic foundation is done. We have: - A finished brand platform: positioning, audience, values, tone of voice, and brand decision filters - A visual identity starting point: a Figma exploration with mood boards, font and color directions, and a rough emerging direction the team is aligned on - Existing brands and assets in three markets that the new identity will build on That said, we see this foundation as a starting point, not a constraint. We're genuinely open to new ideas and fresh directions on the work we've already made. If you believe something should be different, we want to hear it and the reasoning behind it. What we need from you is to take this foundation and elevate it into a polished, complete visual identity system. This is the kind of work that's beyond what our in-house marketing team can produce at the level this brand deserves. ## Deliverables - A refined visual identity: typography, color system, layout principles, graphic elements, photography/image direction - Complete brand guidelines / design system the team can actually work from day to day (we produce a high volume of social posts, posters, ads, and email campaigns in three languages) - Application examples: social templates, poster/ad formats, web styling direction - Possibly logo design or refinement, which we'll scope together ## Who we're looking for - A senior designer with proven brand identity systems in their portfolio, ideally for hospitality, food, events, or experience brands - Someone whose work has warmth and personality. We're an events company that creates memorable Sundays, not a SaaS product. The identity needs to feel human, inviting, and timeless rather than corporate or trendy - Someone who can build on existing strategy and respect work already done, while being confident enough to push back where the foundation needs it - Strong systems thinking: the guidelines will be used daily by a small in-house team, so usability matters as much as beauty - Comfortable working in Figma and presenting/discussing work in video calls (European timezone overlap preferred) ## How we'll work We'd like to start with a call to hear your process, timeline, and what you'd include.
