Our brands include Wealth Partners Real Estate, Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners, Best Life Vacay, Real Estate Rejuvenation, Best Life Foundry AI, and Imagine Equality. Each has a distinct audience, tone, and purpose — and each needs to sound like it was written by someone who actually knows the space. Our founder has a strong, established voice — direct, authoritative, warm, and unapologetically confident. Your job is to learn it, write in it, and extend it across every brand without her having to rewrite you. THE ROLE We are hiring a Brand Voice Writer to own the written word across all six of our brands. You will write captions, email campaigns, LinkedIn articles, long-form content, investor-facing copy, and brand narratives — all in the correct voice for each brand, without being told twice what that voice is. Our technology drafts. Our production team executes. You are the person who makes the copy actually sound like us — sharp enough to stop a scroll, credible enough to close a deal, and consistent enough that every post across every brand feels intentional. This is not a ghostwriting role where you disappear into the background. This is a craft role. We want someone who takes ownership of the written output of this company the way a great editor-in-chief owns a publication. WHAT YOU'LL WRITE Social media captions — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn — across all six brands Email marketing campaigns — announcements, newsletters, investor updates, client outreach LinkedIn articles and long-form thought leadership in the founder's voice Investor-facing copy — pitch narratives, program descriptions, one-pagers Brand bios, website copy, and About sections as brands evolve Content hooks, post frameworks, and caption templates for the production team to execute Occasional press-style write-ups, award submissions, and speaker applications Short-form scripts for Reels and video content where needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A writer with range — you can write a compliance-conscious wealth management post and a punchy short-term rental caption in the same hour, and both sound right Native or near-native English — your first draft should be clean enough that we're editing for preference, not grammar Ability to absorb and replicate a founder's voice without losing what makes it distinctive Experience writing across multiple brands or clients simultaneously Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — not just what reads well on paper Background in journalism, copywriting, content strategy, or brand communications preferred Real estate, finance, or lifestyle brand experience is a significant plus Fast on turnaround — small copy tasks get done same session, not tomorrow Comfortable working within a structured approval chain and taking direction precisely WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not an AI prompt-and-paste role — we already have AI drafting. We need a human who elevates it. This is not a role where you rewrite the founder's voice into something generic and safe This is not entry-level — we need someone who has written professionally and can show the work This is not short-term — we want a career-minded writer who grows with the brand THE SIX BRANDS Wealth Partners Real Estate — brokerage; audience: buyers, sellers, investors; tone: expert, trustworthy, results-driven Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners — registered investment advisory firm; audience: high-net-worth clients; tone: sophisticated, compliance-aware, credible Best Life Vacay — short-term rental management; audience: guests and property investors; tone: warm, aspirational, lifestyle-forward Real Estate Rejuvenation — technology and forms platform; audience: agents and brokers; tone: innovative, efficient, professional Best Life Foundry AI — AI product studio; audience: founders and operators; tone: forward-thinking, direct, builder-minded Imagine Equality — nonprofit; audience: donors, community, advocates; tone: mission-driven, human, urgent HOW IT WORKS You write. The production team formats and schedules. The Social Media Supervisor reviews. Lea approves. Your job is to make every step downstream easier because the copy came in strong. Small revisions happen fast. If a caption needs a tweak or a subject line needs a second version, you turn it around the same session. We do not wait on small things. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE Contract position — hourly or per-project, negotiable based on experience and output quality Remote — work from anywhere Part-time to start with a working interview period; fast track to full-time for the right writer Long-term relationship strongly preferred HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please include: Three writing samples — ideally from different brand voices or industries One example of writing you produced that you're proudest of, and why A two to three sentence answer to this: You've been given a brand guide and told to write a LinkedIn post for a Forbes-recognized real estate founder announcing a new investor program.
