1. About Fluid Labs Fluid Labs is an innovation ecosystem centred on life-centric thinking at the intersection of human experience and emerging technology. Our work spans research, education, and applied innovation — helping organisations and individuals navigate meaningful change in the age of AI. We are currently relaunching our brand and communications to better reflect this positioning, and are seeking proposals from freelance creatives and small agencies to support this work. 2. Project Overview We are looking for a brand and communication partner to deliver a comprehensive relaunch package by 1 September 2026. The work is divided into two phases. Phase One — Brand & Communication (deadline: 1 September 2026) The following deliverables are required: • New Logo — brand mark design including concepts, colour variants, horizontal/vertical versions, and essential brand guidelines • Brand Positioning — positioning document covering tone of voice, key messages, and ecosystem narrative; adapted for website and content use • Social Media Asset Kit — full template kit for the relaunch (cover images, square posts, stories, LinkedIn banner) aligned with the new brand • Relaunch Posts — copywriting and graphic design for 5 relaunch posts covering programmes, offerings, team, and life-centric innovation • Deck Template — branded PowerPoint or Canva template for business presentations (10–12 master slides plus usage guidelines) • Website Design & Development (TBC) — scope and technical details to be confirmed; please include a separate indicative cost for 1 homepage and 3 inner pages Phase Two — Ongoing Monthly Support Once Phase One is complete, we anticipate engaging a partner on a monthly retainer. Please include optional pricing for ongoing social media and communications support at one or more service levels (e.g. essential, standard, premium). 3. Target Timeline Target date Milestone Notes By 12 June Detailed briefing session Upon agreement By 25 June Logo concepts (3 options) + brand positioning draft Feedback within 3 working days By 10 July Final logo + social media asset kit Client approval required By 31 July Deck template + relaunch posts (drafts) One round of revisions 1 September 2026 Final delivery of all Phase One materials Hard deadline 4. Budget Guidance We are inviting open proposals. For reference, our indicative budget for Phase One (excluding website) is in the region of £2,000–£2,500. Please structure your pricing clearly by deliverable, and indicate whether a deposit or instalment arrangement is available. Please note: we are based in the UK and prefer invoicing in GBP. Please make any applicable tax arrangements clear in your proposal. 5. What We Are Looking For • A clear understanding of life-centric innovation and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual and verbal communication • Experience with brand identity projects for startups, consultancies, or innovation-led organisations • Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, brand systems, and social media content • Ability to meet the 1 September 2026 deadline with clear milestone structure • Collaborative, responsive working style — feedback turnaround within 3 working days is expected from both sides 6.
