Brand & Creator Community Manager About Us We are a fast-growing, DTC brand in the health and fitness industry. We've built a strong performance marketing engine and ship worldwide. Now we're ready to invest seriously in the next phase of brand growth: a real, living creator community that becomes the face and voice of our brand across social. We are not looking for someone to "manage a few influencer gifting deals." We are looking for an expert who has built creator communities from the ground up — someone who understands both the relationship/community side (finding, onboarding, and nurturing creators long-term) and the brand/creative side (translating brand identity into content that creators produce and that strengthens our social presence). This is a full-time role with significant room to shape strategy, not just execute a checklist. The Role You will own the full lifecycle of our creator ecosystem and be a key steward of our brand identity on social. This includes: Creator Community Building & Management • Source, vet, and onboard new creators (UGC creators, micro/mid-tier influencers, and potential brand ambassadors) who align with our brand voice and audience • Build and maintain genuine, ongoing relationships with our existing roster of creators — this is relationship management, not transactional outreach • Develop and run a structured onboarding process (briefs, brand guidelines, content expectations, communication cadence) • Create a system/community structure that keeps creators engaged, motivated, and producing consistently over time (think: private community spaces, recognition, tiered incentive structures, feedback loops) • Negotiate rates, usage rights, and deliverables with creators • Track creator performance and content output against brand and business goals Brand Identity & Social Strategy • Deeply understand and internalise the brand vision, tone, and aesthetic — and be able to translate that into direction for creators • Partner with creators to develop content that reinforces (and evolves) our brand identity across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Provide creative direction and feedback on creator content to ensure brand consistency without stripping creators of their authentic voice • Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and cultural moments to keep our creator content feeling native and current • Collaborate with our internal marketing team to ensure creator content supports paid social and organic growth goals Who We're Looking For This role is for an expert only. We are specifically looking for someone who can point to real, tangible proof of past work — not a generalist social media manager, not someone who has "helped with influencer marketing" as one part of a broader role. You must be able to show us: • A creator community you personally built and managed — with specifics on how you sourced creators, structured onboarding, kept retention high, and scaled the roster over time • Examples of brand identity work with creators — cases where you took a brand's visual/voice identity and successfully translated it into creator content that showed up cohesively on that brand's social channels • Direct experience with DTC/consumer brands (bonus if in health and fitness or a similarly competitive, trend-driven space) • A clear point of view on what makes a creator community actually work long-term (retention, incentive design, culture) vs. just a spreadsheet of names Requirements • 3+ years of dedicated experience in creator/influencer community management — not adjacent, dedicated • Proven track record building a creator program from early stage to an established, active community • Strong understanding of brand building and visual/verbal identity on social platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be talking directly with creators regularly • Comfortable with negotiation and managing multiple relationships/timelines simultaneously • Familiarity with UGC content platforms, creator marketplaces, and/or ambassador program tools is a plus • Experience in [CATEGORY] is a strong plus but not required What to Include in Your Application Applications without the following will not be considered: • A portfolio or case study of a creator community you built — include specifics (community size/growth over time, retention strategies, content output, and results if available) • Examples of brand identity content you developed in partnership with creators — links to real social posts/profiles preferred • A short note on how you'd approach building out a creator community for a brand like ours from where we are today • Your availability for full-time work and preferred working hours/time zone overlap Please do not submit generic cover letters.
