I'm Cheryl Hajjar - founder of Maid Brite, creator of the Drop the Mop coaching program, and host of the Sisters Who Scale YouTube channel. I've built my cleaning business to over $900K a year and now I coach cleaning business owners to do the same. I have 10 fully scripted, ready-to-film YouTube training videos (15–18 minutes each) and I need a skilled video editor who can bring them to life with a polished, on-brand look that matches my coaching brand. This is the beginning of a long-term working relationship. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and produce great work . There is ongoing work here for the right person. Budget is $30-75 per video --- WHAT THE VIDEOS LOOK LIKE These are straight-to-camera teleprompter-style training videos with: - Pre-built slides and graphic inserts at specific timestamps (marked in the scripts with ✂ EDIT INSERT cues) - Text cards, stat cards, and client win cards - On-screen word slides that appear beside me while I'm talking - Transitions between sections - Captions/subtitles on every video - Intro and outro sequences --- BRAND SPECS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH I have a fully developed brand system. You will need to match it exactly. Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Slide system: - Background: Deep purple #3B3E75 - Accent color: Gold #DBCA90 - Muted purple: #b0b3d8 - Fonts: Bebas Neue + League Spartan (700–900 weight) - Gold vertical accent bar on left side of slides - 16:9 format Thumbnails: - Black background - Gold + white text - Left-side text, right-side photo of me - Hook words only - 2 to 5 words max - Bold, high contrast All slides and graphics have already been designed. You will be inserting them at the correct timestamps based on the editor cues in each script. Scripts are detailed and easy to follow. --- WHAT I NEED FROM YOU - Clean, professional talking head editing - cuts, pacing, energy matching - Graphic and slide insertion at precise timestamps - Lower thirds for client name/business when client stories appear - Color grading to match brand aesthetic - Captions/subtitles (accurate, clean English) - YouTube-optimized export settings - End screens and cards set up for each video - Turnaround of 5–7 business days per video - Clear communication in English throughout the project --- IDEAL CANDIDATE - Experience editing YouTube coaching or personal brand content - Strong attention to detail 0 my brand standards are non-negotiable - Comfortable working from a detailed script with editor cues - Fast, reliable communicator . I respond quickly and expect the same - Portfolio that shows clean, professional talking head edits - Experience with text overlays, motion graphics, and branded lower thirds - Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - Stable internet connection and reliable equipment - Available for a quick video call before we begin (Zoom or Google Meet) - Bonus: experience with cleaning, coaching, or women's business content --- SKILLS TEST - REQUIRED BEFORE HIRE Before we begin the full project, I will send the selected candidate a short skills test: - A 2–3 minute clip from one of my videos - Two pre-built slides to insert at specific timestamps - Instructions to add captions and match brand colors This test will be paid. It is simply to confirm we are a good fit before committing to the full 10-video project. --- PROJECT SCOPE Starting with 10 videos — approximately 15–18 minutes each. Long-term relationship strongly preferred.
