Branding Designer for Consultancy

We are a UK-based IT and cloud consultancy called Opti4Infra Ltd, focused on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure services. We are looking for a designer to create a complete visual brand identity system for use across website, LinkedIn company presence, email communications, and internal company branding. This includes logo design plus supporting brand assets. ⸻ Deliverables 1. Logo Design * Primary logo (text + symbol) * Horizontal version * Stacked version ⸻ 2. Standalone Icon / Symbol (VERY IMPORTANT) * Must work without text * Used for: * Website favicon * LinkedIn company profile image * Microsoft 365 / Teams profile use * Must remain clear and recognisable at small sizes (16px–32px) ⸻ 3. LinkedIn Company Banner * Professional B2B IT consultancy design * Clean, minimal, corporate style * Subtle Azure / cloud / infrastructure theme (no clichés) * Optimised for desktop and mobile cropping ⸻ 4. Website Hero Banner * Clean, modern, professional design * High resolution (4K preferred) * Must include safe area for text/logo placement * Must scale properly across different screen sizes and aspect ratios ⸻ 5. Email Signature Design (Microsoft 365 / Outlook) * HTML email signature compatible with Outlook (desktop + web) * Professional B2B layout * Includes logo placement * Name, title, contact details placeholders * LinkedIn link placeholder * Must render correctly in Microsoft 365 environments ⸻ 6. Employee Desktop Wallpaper (Internal Use) * Professional branded background for company devices * Subtle, non-distracting design * Must scale correctly across Full HD, 2K, and 4K displays * Single scalable master design preferred (no multiple versions required) ⸻ 7. Basic Brand Style Guide * Colour palette (HEX codes) * Font recommendations * Logo usage guidelines (clear space, minimum size, correct usage) * Simple 1–2 page reference document ⸻ Style Direction We want a modern, minimal, corporate IT consultancy identity. Think: * Microsoft / Azure ecosystem design language * Enterprise cloud service providers * Modern B2B IT consulting firms Please avoid: * Overused tech globes, circuits, or “AI-style” visuals * Cartoon or playful styles * Neon or overly flashy startup aesthetics * Complex or cluttered illustrations We prefer: * Clean, minimal design * Strong typography * Simple, scalable icon design * Trustworthy enterprise feel ⸻ Requirements * Full commercial usage rights included * Experience with B2B / tech branding preferred * Portfolio examples required * Strong communication in English File Delivery Requirements All final deliverables must be provided in fully editable source formats and exports: * SVG * PNG (transparent background) * PDF * AI/EPS (vector source files) Vector files must be fully editable (not flattened or raster-based exports). All files must be clearly organised into folders (Logo / Icon / Social / Email / Wallpaper / Brand Guide).
