This project is for a public-facing music artist brand, not a general business logo. We need a complete visual identity that can support music releases, live performances, press, social media, merchandise, booking opportunities, future promotional campaigns, and long-term artist development. IMPORTANT NAMING DIRECTION The official artist name is IVMBigCountry. Please do not create the brand identity as only “Big Country,” “BigCountry,” or “Big Country Music.” While fans, media, or audiences may naturally shorten the name in conversation, all official brand assets should clearly establish IVMBigCountry as the artist name. The logo system should make IVMBigCountry apparent, readable, and professional. If the design visually emphasizes “BigCountry,” that is acceptable only if “IVM” remains included and recognizable as part of the official name. The visual identity should communicate real artistry, emotional depth, vocal strength, faith influence, and mainstream marketability. The brand should feel strong enough for live stages and music festivals, clean enough for press and booking materials, and flexible enough for merchandise, release artwork, social media, and future touring. Full commercial usage rights LOGO SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS The official artist identity must be built around IVMBigCountry. Please do not submit a logo that only says “Big Country” unless it is presented as an optional informal variation and not the primary brand mark. The primary logo, secondary logo, and brand guide should establish IVMBigCountry as the official artist name. We are open to creative treatments where: * IVM appears smaller but still visible * BigCountry is visually emphasized * The full IVMBigCountry name is balanced in a clean, professional way * A monogram or icon includes IVM, BC, IVMB, or another thoughtful artist mark * The logo can work horizontally and vertically * The icon/mark can work independently for profile photos, watermarks, merch tags, and website favicon use The final logo should be readable and usable across digital and physical formats. SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATE NEEDS Please include 6 social media templates: 1. Performance announcement 2. New music / release announcement 3. Quote / testimonial post 4. Event flyer 5. General promo / branding post 6. Story template The templates should be editable and usable for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok promo graphics, YouTube community posts, and general artist announcements. EPK / PRESS ONE-SHEET NEEDS The EPK / press one-sheet should be professional, clean, and suitable for media, booking agents, venues, churches, festivals, sponsors, and industry contacts. The EPK should be designed with placeholder areas for: * Artist photo * Short bio * Career highlights * Genre / style description * Performance links * Social links * Booking contact * Press contact * Website * Notable appearances * Music links * QR code or link area if needed We do not have final professional photos yet, so please design the EPK and templates with clean placeholders. We will update the photos once the professional photoshoot is completed. COLOR PALETTE DIRECTION Please explore a warm palette from scratch. Final deliverables must not rely on stock logos, stolen artwork, generic templates, or AI-generated marks that cannot be legally owned or commercially used. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS REQUIREMENT Please confirm that final delivery includes full commercial usage rights for all approved brand assets. SUMMARY Official Artist Name: IVMBigCountry Official Handle: @IVMBigCountry Brand Lane: Country soul, gospel roots, R&B warmth, heartfelt vocal performance Primary Goal: Create a professional artist identity system that clearly establishes IVMBigCountry as the official brand and can scale across music, press, performance, social media, merch, and future growth. Most Important Requirement: Do not build the official brand as only “Big Country.” The official name IVMBigCountry must be visible, recognizable, and central to the identity system. NOTE ON EXPERIENCE / PORTFOLIO FIT Preference will be given to designers who have direct experience with music artist branding, entertainment branding, performer identity systems, EPK design, album/release branding, merch systems, or public-facing talent brands. That said, we are open to strong designers who may not have direct artist-branding experience but clearly understand the assignment and can show the ability to build a professional, original, scalable identity system. If you do not have direct music/entertainment branding examples, please still apply if you believe your design skill, creative approach, and understanding of brand systems can meet the needs of this project. In your proposal, please explain how you would approach building the IVMBigCountry brand and why your experience translates to this type of work. This brand is still growing, and we are looking for a creative partner, not just a one-time designer. A successful first project could lead to ongoing work under the IVMBigCountry brand, including merch designs, release artwork, website graphics, social campaigns, event flyers, promotional materials, EPK updates, and possible on-call design support as the brand expands. We are open to giving the right designer an opportunity, but we need clear communication, originality, professionalism, and a strong understanding of the full scope beyond just logo design.
