Brazil Financial Regulatory & Data Compliance Consultant (FIDC/SCD)

We're a fintech company building AI-powered credit underwriting tools for lenders and are evaluating expansion into Brazil. We need an expert with hands-on experience in Brazilian financial regulation to help us understand the compliance landscape for working with Brazilian credit institutions such as FIDCs and SCDs. Scope: a discovery call (60–90 min) followed by a short written memo covering LGPD data handling and cross-border transfer rules, BACEN regulations relevant to third-party technology/data vendors, Open Finance Brasil considerations, data localization requirements, and any licensing or registration triggers for an AI underwriting vendor operating in this space. Ideal candidate has a legal or compliance background and direct experience working with FIDCs, SCDs, or similar Brazilian credit institutions, ideally having advised fintechs or technology vendors serving regulated financial institutions.
